We provide Amazon PPC management, listing optimization, account management and related services under a written scope agreed per engagement. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results — Amazon performance depends on factors outside our control.
The free audit
The audit is provided free and is yours to keep, with no obligation to engage us. It's based on read-only access you grant and the data available at the time.
Fees & payment
Fees, minimum engagement and notice period are set out in your engagement agreement (your engagement agreement). Ad spend is billed to your own payment method, never through us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdModifier LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be handled in Wyoming, USA.
